ENFJ Check out Ireland. Ireland has a lot to offer culturally and many places to see (don’t just stay in Dublin--there’s an entire country to explore). The Irish people are the most upbeat, friendly, and just plain kind people I’ve ever met, really (just like you!). Embark on some random adventures with helpful strangers around the corner.
INFJ Ever heard of WWOOF? Spend your time doing farm work in the country of your choice with this really cool and interesting program. Portugal, Costa Rica, and Nepal are some of the top favorites, but really, you have so many different countries to choose from. I bet a quiet getaway in nature sounds so appealing to you right now.
ENFP Pick a starting location in Europe and figure it out. Backpacking across Europe appeals to your indecisiveness (and lack of commitment) and is a good plan to start with--but know that you can hop over to Asia on a flight if you get there and suddenly change your mind again. Travel light so you don’t have extra baggage slowing you down.
INFP Get lost in a book on a beach in Molokai (“The Friendly Island”), Hawaii. It’s not as touristy as Maui, because I know you love a good escape, but there’s good people, good culture, and good food. So what more could you ask for? This little hidden gem of a destination is the perfect getaway for you.
ENTJ With a natural knack for business, London, Tokyo, and Hong Kong are good cities for you to visit. And who knows? Maybe you’ll be able to network when meeting locals. It’s a practical destination, but also one full of social interactions and fun so that you can kick back and enjoy yourself.
INTJ Organize a plan (because I know you…), and visit places with beautiful architecture that you can appreciate and admire. Whether it’s the Dome of Rock in Jerusalem, La Pedrera in Barcelona, or St. Paul’s Cathedral in London--find a site that inspires you and start planning your trip based around that.
ENTP Berlin, Germany--where there are startups galore. Explore, talk, be inspired. A city of like-minded individuals, all with unique perspectives and new ideas. You thrive off of a lot of creative energy and buzz, entertainment, technology, etc. This is right up your alley.
INTP Since you’re more cut out for humanitarian work--consider Africa or the Middle East (or even the UK). Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is a great organization to work with. You have a more practical approach to travel, but don’t let that stop you from broadening your horizons-- just put your skillset into a cause that you care about.
ESFJ Family vacations probably appeal to you the most, you caregiver, you. What about a road trip across the United States? There are many sites to see (think Grand Canyon, Disney World/Land, Mount Rushmore) and plenty of parks you need to check out (um, hello Yellowstone). And yes, you can swing by the grocery store off the highway to make sandwiches for everyone.
ISFJ Since you’re a little more sentimental, staying close-to-home is probably more practical for you. Go explore US cities like New York City, Chicago, or New Orleans, and bring back sweet gifts for your loved ones back at home (don’t worry, they’ll still be there when you return). And always remember, you can bring your family and friends along with you on your adventures.
ESFP You need to be in Italy, like, now. Embrace the people, food, and culture. Get lost and fall in love with the city and who knows, maybe you’ll find romance with a local while you’re there (it’s already in the air)! You need to find a dreamy environment to enhance your energetic and sociable self.
ISFP Get lost in Bruges, Belgium. There’s so much beauty to observe and inhale, you’ll find yourself on a mini-adventure, while still wrapped inside of your own head. With so much to explore, you’ll never get bored or run out of places to go.
ESTJ Find an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean. There are many affordable packages for you to choose from so you’re not stuck concerning yourself over money matters the entire time. Or, why not try a cruise! Excursion trips on the island are easy to pick from on a cruise ship. Package deals will give your management-oriented brain a little bit more “peace of mind.”
ISTJ You love learning, so a place heavy with cultural information is a good place to start. Why not explore Greece? Athens has the Acropolis Museum, where it holds a treasure chest of archeological findings of the city. Take yourself back to a different time period with plenty of old and fascinating information to discover.
ESTP New Zealand, hands down, New Zealand. So much adventure. Cycling, kayaking, hiking, whitewater rafting, bungy jumping, off-road driving, skydiving, ziplining, jet-boating, caving, and so much more. I’m actually getting exhausted writing this, but this is so you.
ISTP While traveling is probably less appealing to you than it is to other personality types, if you do want to get out, definitely travel alone (if that was even a question for you…). I recommend Thailand, but with your personality type, I think you already know where you want to go and how you’re going to get there without my help.
